GYPSY PISTOLEROS are a cult sonic explosion, mixing swagger-drenched punk anthems, dark cabaret decadence, and apocalyptic energy.

Gypsy Pistoleros return in 2026 with Dark Faerie Tales — their most daring and cinematic work to date. Blending Glam-punk ferocity with gothic drama and eclectic mythic-kissed swagger, the Pistoleros forge a sound and vision entirely their own: wild, romantic, rebellious, and defiantly unclassifiable.

Once upon a twisted dusk,

in a desert where gods had lost their names,

stood a Church built from shattered guitars, broken hearts, and outlaw fire.

They called it The Church of the Pistoleros —

a sanctuary for Beautiful Weirdos and misfit saints.

Inside, the faithful howled sermons to the moon,

dancing barefoot in confessions made of noise and neon.

Their gospel was grit. Their altar: rebellion.

Their hymns? Sung in scars, eyeliner, and spit.

But all flames burn too bright.

One final night — the Church caught fire.

Some say it was lightning.

Some say betrayal.

Some say the Church set itself alight,

because even holy things long to become myth.

The fire raged, wild and knowing.

Ash fell like black snow.

The faithful scattered —

some vanished,

some wandered,

and some… changed.

Their children — born of chaos and lullabies —

grew up far from the desert,

in haunted forests where moonlight trickled like secrets

and time moved in crooked spirals.

These children dreamed in half-remembered hymns

and saw angels in mascara with knives for wings.

They didn’t build a new church.

They didn’t need one.

They built faerie circles in the shadows.

Their prayers were whispered spells and feral songs.

They stitched wings from broken leather

and lit bonfires where no one would tell them to hush.

The old cult didn’t die.

It transformed.

It slipped beneath the moss, beneath the roots —

and rose again.

Now it sings under starlight,

in tangled woods where belief is a story

told in rhythm and glitter.

It wears the Church’s ashes like warpaint.

It dances with ghosts.

It remembers.

These are the Dark Faerie Tales —

songs of the forgotten,

hymns for the hexed and the holy,

for those who traded stained glass for sorcery,

and sermons for spellwork.

They are still Pistoleros.

Only now, they’re dream-bound and dangerous.

Legends in lace and leather,

crowned in scars,

howling at the dark.

just beyond the edge of the firelight.

In 2026, the world’s only Glam Punk Goth ’n’ Roll outlaws return with their most grandiose, theatrical, and feral statement yet — Dark Faerie Tales: A Fairytale for the Damned, released 17 March 2026 via The New Church Records.

This isn’t retro posturing.
This isn’t industry cosplay.
This is high-voltage, gothic-glam punk with venom in its veins.

Forged in the outlaw bloodline of The Damned, Hanoi Rocks, Killing Joke and The Cult — and supercharged with the modern insurgency of YUNGBLUD — Gypsy Pistoleros don’t follow trends.

Produced and co-written by long-time sonic conspirator Dave Draper (Michael Monroe, Ginger Wildheart, The Wildhearts, Therapy?, Elvana), Dark Faerie Tales is a widescreen collision of glam excess, punk danger, gothic theatre, and street-level attitude.
